Tottenham are planning to make a €35 million bid for Freiburg attacker Yuito Suzuki.

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly among the leading contenders to sign Freiburg playmaker Yuito Suzuki, according to German outlet Fussball News. AC Milan and Real Sociedad are also monitoring the 25-year-old Japanese international, with scouts attending his Bundesliga and national team fixtures. Tottenham and Milan are both reportedly considering offers of around €35 million including performance-related bonuses for a permanent transfer.
However, Freiburg value Suzuki at between €40 million and €45 million and are reluctant to sell mid-season. The attacking midfielder has scored four goals in five games this campaign after arriving from Brondby in 2025. Rohan Sengupta argues that Tottenham should target Suzuki as a long-term successor to creative midfielder James Maddison.
