Tottenham are among several Premier League clubs to have scouted AC Milan Koni De Winter in recent matches.

Tottenham Hotspur scouts have reportedly been impressed by AC Milan central defender Koni De Winter during recent scouting missions. According to CaughtOffside, Spurs are among several Premier League clubs monitoring the 24-year-old Belgian international, alongside Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea, Leeds United, Newcastle United, and Brentford. De Winter has become a regular fixture in manager Ruben Amorim's three-man backline at Milan this season.
To The Lane And Back notes that Tottenham previously showed interest in De Winter before his 2025 move from Genoa to Milan. However, writer Rohan Sengupta argues a permanent transfer would make little sense unless a defender leaves, given manager Roberto De Zerbi currently has central defensive options including Micky van de Ven, Jan Paul van Hecke, Marcos Senesi, and Tosin Adarabioyo.
