The Dons chairman is known to be demanding as he looks for his boyhood club to be the best they can be.

New Aberdeen chief executive Adrian Bevington has stated that he is perfectly aligned with chairman Dave Cormack's ambitious vision for the club. Bevington, who recently succeeded Alan Burrows at Pittodrie, welcomed Cormack's driven and demanding approach, noting that it reflects his own operational style and serves as a major asset to the Scottish Premiership side.
Drawing on his past executive experience, Bevington compared Cormack's drive and dedication to that of Middlesbrough chairman Steve Gibson. He highlighted Cormack's long-term financial commitment to Aberdeen and praised him for being a passionate, knowledgeable football fan who maintains strong, open dialogue with club leadership.
