The former Parkhead boss, who had two spells in charge, has never responded to Dermot Desmond's scathing attack.

Former Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers is scheduled to return to Glasgow to speak publicly about his departure from the club. Rodgers has been lined up by the podcast A Celtic State Of Mind to appear at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall on June 14, 2027.
The appearance will mark the first time Rodgers addresses his exit following sharp criticism from Celtic major shareholder Dermot Desmond. Desmond previously accused Rodgers of creating a toxic atmosphere and fueling hostility toward the club's board before Rodgers moved to manage in the Saudi Pro League.
