Dermot Desmond’s latest Scotland appearance will get Celtic fans talking

Celtic principal shareholder Dermot Desmond and his son Ross have been spotted in Scotland playing golf at St Andrews amid mounting questions surrounding the club. The pair were photographed during a practice round ahead of the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship, where Dermot is partnered with American professional Davis Bryant and Ross is paired with Australian Ryan Peake.

The public appearance follows a difficult stretch for Celtic, who entered the international break after three consecutive defeats, including two losses to Rangers and a 3-1 home defeat to Ferencvaros. Following the latest loss, manager Martin O'Neill openly questioned his future with the Scottish Premiership side.
