Ex-Celtic star Cillian Sheridan on what it takes to be next big thing at Parkhead as ex-prodigies set for Glasgow event

Former Celtic forward Cillian Sheridan is launching the first 'In Good Company' live event at Glasgow's SWG3 venue on Sunday evening. The panel will feature Neil Lennon, James McFadden, and Aiden McGeady, hosted by comedian Ray Bradshaw. The event will focus on the culture, challenges, and future of Scottish football, with the former stars sharing personal insights from their playing days.

Ahead of the show, Sheridan discussed the psychological challenges faced by young prospects trying to break through at top clubs like Celtic. He emphasized that maintaining the correct mentality and self-belief is just as vital as raw footballing ability for teenage prodigies to build long-term, successful careers at the highest level.
