Speaking on talkSPORT, Jordan described feeling perplexed after previously witnessing what he termed childish behavior between leading figures from both Scottish Premiership clubs inside a boardroom setting.

Jordan contrasted the Glasgow derby with the high-risk London match between Millwall and West Ham, pointing out that English sides coordinated successfully with police. He argued that Celtic and Rangers possess ample financial resources to properly fund policing and resolve the recurring ticket allocation disputes.
