Former Celtic star Aiden McGeady has warned supporters to remain patient regarding Jota's return, cautioning that replicating his past form will take time after an 18-month ACL injury layoff. McGeady expressed concern over Celtic's current wide options under manager Martin O'Neill, noting that wing play has historically been vital to the club's identity.

He also addressed tactical dilemmas involving £11 million forward Kasper Hogh and Camilo Duran, suggesting Duran is far more effective playing centrally rather than being deployed on the wing.
