Sterling is expected to return for Rangers’ trip to Dundee after illness fears eased, according to a new report.
Dujon Sterling is expected to be fit for Rangers' upcoming trip to face Dundee after illness concerns eased, according to a report from the Scottish Sun. The defender was replaced at half-time by Kosta Nedeljkovic during Saturday's 3-1 win over Kilmarnock at Ibrox. Rangers manager Derek McInnes later explained that Sterling had been dealing with suspected tonsillitis rather than an injury.
Sterling is reportedly recovering well ahead of Saturday night's Premiership match at Dens Park. The 26-year-old has missed only one game this campaign, starting each of Rangers' last five matches without conceding while on the pitch. A victory over Dundee would temporarily move Rangers back to the top of the Premiership table.
