The Light Blues showed flashes of their best at Dens Park but lapses in defence proved costly

Scott McDermott delivered his Rangers player ratings following a 2-2 Scottish Premiership draw against Dundee at Dens Park on Friday night. Rangers captain Dan Neil received a 5/10 rating after an error led to Dundee's equalizer, while midfielder Nico Raskin earned a team-high 8/10 rating for his standout display and long-range goal.
Dundee initially led through Bradley Fink after a defensive lapse by Dujon Sterling before Badredine Bouanani and Raskin turned the scoreline around. However, Neil was dispossessed by Callum Jones, who scored past Ivor Pandur to salvage a point for Dundee and keep Derek McInnes' side from going top.
