AC Milan head coach Amorim explained how tactical discipline, high pressing, and low blocking powered his side to a 3-1 derby victory over Inter. First-half goals from Christian Pulisic, Adrien Rabiot, and Diego Moreira secured the win, marking Milan's fourth consecutive victory against their city rivals and cutting Inter's lead over them to four points.
Speaking after the match, Amorim highlighted how keeping the defensive lines compact allowed his players to conserve energy and intercept wing crosses effectively. He also addressed title expectations, stressing that rebuilding the squad and challenging for the Scudetto requires time, patience, and ongoing development.
