Strahinja Pavlovic was forced off with an injury during Serbia's match against the Netherlands, prompting concern from AC Milan. According to Calciomercato.com, the Rossoneri are anxiously awaiting updates on the defender's physical condition after he appeared to be in considerable pain and could not continue playing.
Serbian outlet Mozzart Sport noted that Pavlovic left the pitch with a noticeable limp. The central defender has been a key player for Milan manager Ruben Amorim this season, and the club hopes he can recover before their return to league action on October 11.
