Another heavyweight world title fight could be added to Fury vs Joshua undercard

Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua are scheduled to meet in Cardiff in less than three months for the WBA 'super' heavyweight belt. Newly crowned IBF heavyweight world champion Filip Hrgovic revealed interest in defending his title against Rico Verhoeven on the high-profile undercard if a suitable agreement can be finalized.

Staging the Hrgovic vs. Verhoeven bout would reportedly require paying a step-aside fee to mandatory challenger Frank Sanchez. Other fighters linked to the event include Shakur Stevenson, Keyshawn Davis, Richardson Hitchins, and Jack Catterall, with a launch press conference expected this week.
