Those continuing from last season include assistant bowling coach S Sriram and fielding coach James Foster…

Chennai Super Kings have appointed Albie Morkel and Gareth Batty as assistant coaches ahead of the 2027 Indian Premier League season. Former CSK player Mohit Sharma has also joined the franchise's coaching setup as bowling coach. The trio joins a revamped backroom team serving under new head coach Zaheer Khan, following the departure of longtime head coach Stephen Fleming.
The staffing overhaul comes as Fleming transitions to head coach of England's men's Test team. Several veteran CSK coaches have parted ways with the franchise, including batting coach Mike Hussey and bowling coach Eric Simons. However, assistant coach Sridharan Sriram and fielding coach James Foster will remain in their positions.
