Lucy Hamilton almost snapped the Brisbane Heat's season-long winning streak, however the Sixers snatched victory themselves off the final delivery…

The Sydney Sixers claimed a dramatic four-wicket WBBL victory over the Brisbane Heat at Allan Border Field after Sarah Coyte hit a boundary off the final ball. Chasing a target of 155, the Sixers required two runs from the last delivery bowled by Lucy Hamilton. Coyte held her nerve under pressure, squeezing a fuller ball past backward point to secure the win for her side.
Earlier in the match, the Brisbane Heat posted 5-154 thanks to half-centuries from Georgia Redmayne (58) and Charli Knott (57). Ellyse Perry led the Sixers' response with 58 off 38 balls, while Alice Capsey added an unbeaten 21 to steady the chase before Coyte's decisive finish.
