‘Garam paani piyo, thanda mat peena’: Sooryavanshi’s reaction to fan goes viral

A viral video captured a heartwarming interaction between 15-year-old Indian cricketer Vaibhav Sooryavanshi and a fan following India's third T20I against New Zealand in Wellington. While Sooryavanshi was signing autographs along the boundary, a female supporter from Ballia advised him to look after his health by drinking warm water rather than cold water, drawing an appreciative smile from the young batter.

The moment followed a dominant on-field display in which Sooryavanshi struck 45 runs off 19 balls during a 199-run chase. Alongside opening partner Abhishek Sharma, who scored 113 runs off 38 balls, India powered to a six-wicket win in 13.2 overs, securing an unassailable 3-0 series lead over New Zealand.
