The PCB has asked the league to pay $10,000 per NOC it issues for the tournament starting November 7…

Pakistani cricketers are unlikely to participate in the upcoming Abu Dhabi T10 after the Pakistan Cricket Board demanded a $10,000 fee per No-Objection Certificate. The board only communicated the requirement days before the tournament's November 7 start date, leaving franchise teams scrambling to either pay the fee or identify replacement players.
A total of 16 players from Pakistan were selected across five franchises during the September 30 draft, including Naseem Shah, Shadab Khan, and Azam Khan. The dispute follows a similar incident last month where the PCB sought $25,000 per NOC for the Nepal Premier League.
