Surrey sign England all-rounder Freya Kemp on multi-year deal

Surrey have announced the permanent signing of England all-rounder Freya Kemp on a multi-year deal ahead of the 2027 season. The 21-year-old joins the Kia Oval club after spending the previous two seasons with Hampshire. Kemp expressed gratitude for her time developing at Hampshire while looking forward to joining Surrey's squad.

Kemp has represented England 49 times across formats, scoring 585 runs and taking 36 wickets. Surrey director of women's cricket Emma Calvert highlighted Kemp's extensive domestic, franchise, and international experience, which includes stints with Welsh Fire, Southern Brave, and the Perth Scorchers.
