The USA left-arm seamer played for Delhi Capitals in the inaugural edition when she became the first to take a five-for in the tournament

Mumbai Indians have acquired USA left-arm seamer Tara Norris from UP Warriorz via a trade at her base price of INR 10 lakh ahead of WPL 2027. The move marks just the second trade in Women's Premier League history and fills MI's overseas quota ahead of the upcoming auction.
Norris previously represented Delhi Capitals in 2023, claiming the competition's first five-wicket haul. Because she represents an Associate nation, Norris enables MI to field five overseas players in their starting XI under tournament rules.
