F1 boss Stefano Domenicali’s eye-watering pay package revealed in official accounts

Formula 1 president and chief executive Stefano Domenicali earned a total package of £7.999 million ($10.671 million) in 2025, according to financial accounts filed by Formula One Management to the UK's Companies House. The payout to the highest-paid director included base salary and exercised share options, marking a decrease from Domenicali's reported £8.765 million earnings in 2024.

Domenicali has led Formula 1 since 2021 and signed a five-year contract extension in 2025 that keeps him in his role through 2029. The filings also revealed that Formula One Management generated £429.6 million in turnover and recorded a pre-tax profit of £20 million for the 2025 financial year.
