Valtteri Bottas is cycling 217 miles from Malaysia to the Singapore Grand Prix instead of taking a short flight. The 37-year-old Finnish driver, who races for Cadillac, opted for the pedal-powered journey after crashing out of the previous race weekend in Sepang.
Fans tracked Bottas's progress via Strava as he logged over 235 miles across three days of riding. Bottas previously qualified for the Gravel World Championship but could not participate due to the scheduling conflict with the physically demanding Singapore event.
