George Russell has dismissed suggestions that his career has peaked ahead of the Mexican Grand Prix, insisting he has 12 to 15 years left in Formula 1. Russell noted that this season will not define him, citing Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso as examples of sustained success into older age. Russell sits second in the drivers' championship, just ahead of Hamilton.
Russell's comments come as teammate Kimi Antonelli approaches securing the 2026 title in Mexico. Antonelli missed Thursday's media session due to a viral illness but is expected to drive in practice.
