George Russell’s chances of winning the F1 Drivers’ Championship look incredibly slim following his unfortunate DNF at the Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia. Last week…

Karun Chandhok has advised George Russell to emulate Nico Rosberg's late-season approach from 2015 to build momentum for a future title challenge. Following an engine failure that left Russell trailing teammate Kimi Antonelli by 84 points with seven races remaining, Chandhok stated on The Fast and the Curious podcast that Russell should switch his focus exclusively to winning individual races.
Chandhok noted that Rosberg used victories in the final three races of 2015 to set up his successful 2016 championship campaign against Lewis Hamilton. He suggested that strong performances in the remaining races would help Russell establish a crucial psychological platform heading into the winter break.
