Ferrari team principal Fred Vasseur defended the team's organisational structure following comments from driver Lewis Hamilton suggesting further structural changes may be needed. Speaking at Friday's FIA press conference at Sepang, Vasseur rejected the idea that Ferrari's internal setup is problematic and warned against pointing fingers at individuals or creating divisions within the team.
Vasseur emphasized his strong daily relationship with Ferrari chief executive Benedetto Vigna and chairman John Elkann, insisting that team responsibility is collective. While acknowledging recent struggles across the last two races, Vasseur expressed confidence that upcoming developments would help Ferrari regain momentum.
