Lewis Hamilton expressed frustration over Ferrari's tyre gamble after radio messages revealed he warned the team about starting on slicks in wet conditions. Radio transcripts show Hamilton informed engineer Carlo Santi that the track remained very wet, while the team insisted it would dry quickly. A safety car period helped Hamilton recover positions, ultimately overtaking Isack Hadjar to secure third place behind race winner Max Verstappen.
