Mark Hughes and Giorgio Piola delve into the upgrades Ferrari introduced at the United States Grand Prix.

Ferrari introduced a significant technical upgrade package at the United States Grand Prix in Austin. While driver Lewis Hamilton downplayed the development in his Thursday press conference by claiming it was worth only half a tenth of a second, the actual scope of the aerodynamic revisions was extensive.
Key modifications to the car included changes to the floor body, floor boards, sidepod undercut, and diffuser. Although the primary aim was to boost rear downforce, Ferrari reported that the package also increased aerodynamic load on the front of the floor.
