After leaving LIV Golf, Lucas Herbert has advertising space to spare and has offered his hat for free to showcase local Australian businesses during his homecoming stretch of tournaments…

Following his departure from LIV Golf, Australian golfer Lucas Herbert has offered free advertising space on his hat to promote local Australian small businesses. Without a hat sponsor after leaving Ripper GC, Herbert announced on social media that he will wear a different local business hat each day across three upcoming home tournaments: the NSW Open, Australian PGA Championship, and Australian Open.
Herbert, who aims to support businesses that have struggled recently, noted his only requirement is that the headwear has good style. The World No. 52 has ruled out competing in LIV Golf 2.0 and is targeting a return to the DP World Tour next season after previously finishing fourth in the 2026 LIV individual standings.
