Callaway’s $15 million 3D-printing facility will open in Texas in 2027 with custom titanium clubs to follow. Here’s what we know so far.

Callaway has announced a $15 million investment to establish a new 3D-printing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The plant will expand the company's titanium research and development and manufacturing capabilities, allowing engineers to design complex structures beyond traditional manufacturing limits. Callaway president and CEO Chip Brewer stated that 3D printing represents a major opportunity to advance golf club performance.
The investment builds on approximately seven years of additive manufacturing research, including internal prototype production since late 2022. Located beside Callaway's North America Distribution Center, the facility is slated to open in mid-2027 and support U.S. product needs starting in 2028 with an initial focus on custom titanium equipment.
