The DP World Tour says it will not admit golfers who sign up for LIV Golf 2.0 for the 2027 season.

The DP World Tour will refuse membership to golfers who sign up for LIV Golf 2.0 for the 2027 season, CEO Guy Kinnings confirmed on Monday. Kinnings stated that the tour will no longer offer conditional status to LIV players, requiring golfers to apply for membership by November 16 and adhere to regulations. Membership is mandatory for players seeking to represent Europe in the 2027 Ryder Cup.
This decision arrives as LIV Golf navigates Chapter 11 bankruptcy and seeks to finalize a restructuring deal backed by a $300 million investment from BC Partners. Meanwhile, several golfers are resolving their contractual status, including Jon Rahm, who is finalizing a separation agreement, and Sergio Garcia, who has been released from his contract.
