Tyrrell Hatton has confirmed he is to leave LIV Golf, becoming the latest star name to announce his departure from the breakaway league.

English golfer Tyrrell Hatton has announced he will leave LIV Golf, confirming via social media that he will not participate in the tour's upcoming relaunch. The three-time Ryder Cup winner stated he will not be part of "LIV 2.0" as he looks ahead to competing in Abu Dhabi.
Hatton joins a wave of recent departures that includes Ian Poulter, Louis Oosthuizen, Jon Rahm, and Sergio Garcia. The breakaway league filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in September following the end of funding from Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, and it is currently attempting to restructure under new investment from BC Partners Credit.
