Another big name has opted to leave LIV Golf as the league attempts to find a path forward without Saudi Arabian-funding.
Former major champion and team captain Louis Oosthuizen has announced his departure from LIV Golf. Oosthuizen is scheduled to make his return to the DP World Tour starting in 2027.
His exit comes as LIV Golf prepares to transition into an equity-based model known as LIV 2.0 without Saudi funding. Several other prominent players, including Jon Rahm, have also reportedly decided against continuing with the league.
