The Story in 60 Seconds

Stoke Park Golf Club remains open to the public and is operating as a high-quality access venue despite longstanding closure rumors, according to Director of Golf Stuart Collier. The Buckinghamshire venue welcomes green-fee players, corporate days, and its Corinthian lifestyle members, with pre-booked tee times capped at roughly 60 players per day to preserve immaculate course conditions.

The course underwent renovations in 2020 and 2021 by architects MacKenzie and Ebert, retaining Harry Colt's original design while upgrading drainage and greens. Green fees range between £155 and £225, alongside amenities including an Under Armour European Performance Centre, a modern clubhouse, and the upcoming on-site restaurant The Penn by chef Tom Sellers.
