An analysis from AZ Snake Pit examined the Arizona Diamondbacks' performance in come-from-behind victories during the 2026 season. Out of 47 comeback wins, 25 featured high-impact plate appearances where batters tied or took the lead with critical RBIs. Writer Makakilo highlighted that Ildemaro Vargas led the team in comeback impact, followed by Nolan Arenado in second, while Corbin Carroll and Ketel Marte tied for third.
While Lars Nootbaar posted a higher slugging percentage with runners in scoring position than Carroll, Carroll generated greater overall impact in comeback situations.
