PCA Said He’d Come to a Fan’s Graduation for 100K Likes. The Video Just Doubled It.

Chicago Cubs outfielder Pete Crow-Armstrong agreed to attend a high school fan's graduation if a TikTok video reached 100,000 likes. The encounter occurred before a Thursday night Chicago Bears game at Soldier Field, where Crow-Armstrong was supporting quarterback Caleb Williams. The student, TikTok user siah3xx._, quickly exceeded the target, accumulating more than 200,000 likes and nearly one million views by Saturday.

Whether Crow-Armstrong can attend remains uncertain due to scheduling conflicts. The fan attends Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park High School, which held its graduation on May 27 last school year. The Cubs are scheduled to play at Wrigley Field from May 21 to May 27, though an approaching MLB lockout could alter the schedule.
