Flaherty concluded the 2026 season with a 3-8 record and a 4.48 ERA across 20 appearances, including 19 starts. He previously won a World Series title with the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2024 before returning to Detroit on a two-year, $35 million contract in February 2025.
