ALDS Game 2 - Chicago White Sox 4 - Cleveland Guardians 3

The Cleveland Guardians are set to start pitcher Gavin Williams in a decisive ALDS Game 5 against the Chicago White Sox. Williams previously pitched out of the bullpen in relief to close out Game 4 after reliever Cade Smith ran into trouble, helping keep Cleveland alive in the postseason series.
Despite his heavy usage in relief during Game 4, Williams stated he is ready to take the mound for the winner-take-all matchup back home in Cleveland. Manager Stephen Vogt's pitching decisions have drawn scrutiny, but the Guardians have relied heavily on Williams and their key arms to force Game 5.
