The Dodgers aren't ruling out Blake Treinen for the postseason despite a season-ending shoulder injury.

Katrina Stebbins of Dodgers Way argues that the Los Angeles Dodgers should not bring back injured reliever Blake Treinen for later postseason series. Los Angeles executive Andrew Friedman hinted that Treinen could potentially rejoin the roster later in October after tests confirmed his recent shoulder soreness will not require surgery.
Stebbins contends that the Dodgers' bullpen already features superior and healthier alternatives, citing arms like Edwin DÃaz, Roki Sasaki, and Evan Phillips. Treinen threw only 29 2/3 innings during a disrupted regular season, leading the writer to argue that risking high-stakes postseason games to honor the veteran is unnecessary.
