Minnesota Twins controlling owner Tom Pohlad displayed confidence in his general manager and manager in a recent media session.

Minnesota Twins controlling owner Tom Pohlad confirmed during an end-of-season press conference that general manager Jeremy Zoll and manager Derek Shelton will remain in their roles. Pohlad stated that he, Zoll, and Shelton are "philosophically aligned" heading into the 2027 season, affirming Zoll will continue leading the baseball operations department.
While the front office and managerial positions remain stable, Minnesota recently fired pitching coach Pete Maki and assistant pitching coach Luis Ramirez. Pohlad also acknowledged that the Twins need to increase spending to be competitive and stated he is prepared to provide resources to improve the roster.
