Dodgers star Shohei Ohtani said the left knee and right bicep ailments that compromised him throughout the summer are issues he's "just going to have to manage" in the postseason.

Shohei Ohtani will be in the Los Angeles Dodgers' lineup for the NLDS against the Atlanta Braves despite dealing with lingering left knee and right biceps injuries. Both Ohtani and manager Dave Roberts confirmed on Friday that while the two-way star is not at 100%, his swing feels improved following productive recent workouts.
Ohtani spent time on the injured list in September and finished the regular season batting .275 with 30 home runs, though he has not pitched since July 3. Roberts noted that several key players, including first baseman Freddie Freeman, are managing physical ailments heading into the postseason.
