Major League Baseball announced the finalists for the 2026 Rawlings Gold Glove Awards across the American and National Leagues on Wednesday. The winners will be officially revealed on ESPN on Sunday, November 1. Each league features three finalists at each of the nine standard positions, as well as the specialized utility spot that was first introduced in 2022.
The Toronto Blue Jays and Chicago Cubs lead all Major League clubs with five nominees each, while the Atlanta Braves, Arizona Diamondbacks, Texas Rangers, and Kansas City Royals each produced four finalists. Voting for the standard positions is decided by MLB managers and coaches alongside the SABR Defensive Index.
