Toronto Blue Jays executive David Bell has decided to leave his position with the organization, according to Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic. Bell served as an assistant general manager and vice president of baseball operations for the past two seasons. He stated that he stepped away to reassess where he can make the greatest impact both on and off the field.
During his tenure, Bell oversaw player development and performance departments while contributing to player acquisitions. Prior to joining Toronto's front office, he managed the Cincinnati Reds for six seasons until his dismissal late in the 2024 campaign.
