Undefeated prospect Asaf Chopurov has officially signed with the UFC and will make his promotional debut against Colby Thicknesse at UFC 333. The event is scheduled to take place on October 24 at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The 24-year-old Azerbaijani fighter is a primary training partner of Petr Yan and holds an 11-0 professional record as the reigning UAE Warriors champion. Thicknesse enters the bout with a 2-1 record in the UFC following consecutive victories over Josias Musasa and Vince Morales.
