Brazil's Natalia Silva defeated China's Wang Cong by unanimous decision to win the vacant UFC women's flyweight championship at UFC 332 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The judges scored the five-round main event 48-47, 48-47, and 49-46 in favor of Silva, who extended her divisional winning streak to nine consecutive fights.
With this victory, Silva became the fourth undisputed champion in UFC women's flyweight history, joining Nicco Montano, Valentina Shevchenko, and Alexa Grasso. The belt was previously vacated by Shevchenko due to injury prior to the event at the Delta Center.
