Brandon Ingram said he's "pretty close" to making his Clippers debut.
Brandon Ingram is reportedly working his way back and nearing his debut with the Los Angeles Clippers. The forward has been sidelined following offseason surgery for an Achilles injury, but he recently told reporters that his 2026-27 season debut will happen soon.
Ingram's imminent return comes at a crucial time for the Clippers, who are dealing with a 1-7 start to the campaign amid a seven-game losing streak. The team hopes his return will help spark a turnaround during an upcoming stretch of home games.
