Brooklyn will manage the workload of No. 6 overall draft pick Mikel Brown Jr., who is restricted to approximately 24 bench minutes following an ankle sprain. Keon Ellis is projected to start in the backcourt alongside Egor Demin. The Hornets visit Brooklyn without several key players due to injuries, including Kon Knueppel, Coby White, Grant Williams, and Kylan Boswell, after trading LaMelo Ball to Minnesota.
