California Golden Bears quarterback Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele exited Saturday's game against the UNLV Rebels before the end of the first half after taking a scary hit that caused a collision to his head. The injury occurred during the FBS matchup held at Allegiant Stadium in Nevada.
The Golden Bears trailed the UNLV Rebels 24-7 at halftime following the departure of Sagapolutele. In addition to losing their quarterback, California also played without top defensive backs Kingston Lopa due to injury and Cam Sidney following an ejection.
