The Denver Nuggets revealed new uniforms Monday that will honor the 50th anniversary of the ABA-NBA merger.

The Denver Nuggets have unveiled new throwback uniforms to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the ABA-NBA merger. The uniforms are part of a season-long celebration marking the franchise's transition into the NBA. Denver is scheduled to wear the special attire during nine games throughout the season, with seven of those contests set to take place at Ball Arena.
The uniforms offer a modernized take on the 1967 Denver Rockets' orange road uniform, featuring the original Rockets logo on the shorts and arched "Denver" lettering across the chest. The team will also introduce a custom court for these games, while related merchandise goes on sale on Monday, Oct. 19.
