Head coaches Chris Finch and Steve Kerr have a blunt message for the NBA and their frustration goes beyond the calls fans might expect.

NBA head coaches Chris Finch of the Minnesota Timberwolves and Steve Kerr of the Golden State Warriors criticized the league's enforcement of its flopping crackdown ahead of their matchup on Wednesday. Their remarks followed three consecutive flopping calls late in Tuesday's game between the Portland Trail Blazers and the Los Angeles Lakers.
Finch argued that officials are wrongly targeting defensive embellishment while ignoring offensive players who bait fouls to earn free throws. Kerr urged the NBA to eliminate all forms of player manipulation, including grabbing and hooking, while emphasizing his respect for the referees working difficult games.
