The Golden State Warriors are predicted to agree to a $70 million Brandin Podziemski contract extension for the guard after a career-year.

Golden State Warriors guard Brandin Podziemski is reportedly in line for a contract extension that could be worth approximately $70 million over four seasons. NBA insider Brett Siegel predicts the deal will fall in the $16 million to $18 million annual average value range, which aligns with the franchise's preferred sweet spot. The Warriors and Podziemski's camp have been in discussions, though a final agreement has not yet been signed.
Warriors general manager Mike Dunleavy Jr. has stated that extending the 23-year-old guard is a top priority for the organization. While Podziemski's representatives have reportedly sought a higher range of $20 million to $24 million annually, both sides reportedly want to finalize a deal before the October 19 roster deadline. Podziemski averaged 13.8 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 3.7 assists last season.
