The Charlotte Hornets were already without Kon Knueppel against the Boston Celtics amid a hamstring problem. And the Hornets’ frontcourt got even thinner after Brandon Miller also went down during the game. Per ClutchPoints’ Brett Siegel, Miller will not return…

Charlotte Hornets forward Brandon Miller exited midway through the second quarter against the Boston Celtics due to right groin soreness. According to ClutchPoints' Brett Siegel, Miller was ruled out for the remainder of the contest. Before leaving the court, Miller recorded eight points, two rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one block across 14 minutes of action.
The setback adds to Miller's history of injuries during his four-year NBA career, which includes past surgeries on his right wrist and left shoulder. Despite shooting slumps, Miller has averaged career-best marks of 22 points and 5.3 rebounds this season after signing a five-year, $209 million contract extension.
